It just makes sense to put the value into the product, not freight costs or currency exchange and to be on a first name basis (and the same side of the date line) with the people fulfilling your orders so you can adjust together to changing times. Finding the right furniture means asking alot of questions about how you live, what you need, and what’s important to you. For us a sofa isn’t just a sofa – it’s where stories take place. Part fort, part dog bed, it’s a place to strengthen relationships of all kinds. It’s a place for laughter, a place to consume great books, movies, food and drink. For some it’s an important reflection of personal style as well, so it doesn’t just need to perform – it needs to look beautiful. That sofa – and the room around it – need to look and feel like you.

There’s so much that’s NEW at Maria Tomás this Fall – come and visit!
Fall is THE season in furniture retail; we tend to change our displays the most this time of year; maybe for the same reasons our clients come looking for “inspiration” in the fall. The confluence of shorter days, colder weather and the prospect of a long winter leave us craving changes in our home decoration. It can be as simple as a new lamp or cushion or as much as a complete overhaul, but definitely ’tis the season to be making changes that (weirdly) make you feel better at home, indoors. We’d love to help with yours.
